Königsberg (Pr.), Kaiser Wilhelm Platz. The vehicle (route no. 3) behind the train led by vehicle no. 61 is one of the Falkenried tram cars taken over in 1909 by the StESt from KÖSAG - presumingly still in the livery of the KÖSAG. I estimate that the picture was taken approximately in 1910. The post card was stamped on 9 April 1913.

Ich war in Kaliningrad (Königsberg) ein Nacht 5 Jahre vor, aber ich habe Straßenbahnen nicht gesehen. Sind sie dort noch laufen?

Ja, aber das Netz in Kaliningrdan wurde in den letzten Jahren sehr reduziert. Leider.
