I have seen it before. I is nice but it is not similar to oryginal one enough for me:) And it doesn't make any sens to make a mobile home from 043 because all ones that you can find like this http://phototrans.eu/14,267722,0.html are in horrible condition. Renovated ones - it's better to stay them for historic buses. I rather meant 080 or something bigger - m11. They are angular, so it will be easy to make a camper from them. And mabey M081MB for longer journeys.
