Ogółem przez 20 lat produkcji od 1962 do 1982 roku, wyprodukowano 4629 sztuk tego modelu w różnych wariantach długości i nadwozi przez co przypisuje mu się miano najbardziej popularnego tylnosilnikowego brytyjskiego autobusu pierwszej generacji.
Specyfiką brytyjskich klubów miłośników komunikacji jest organizowanie co jakiś czas zlotów w różnych miastach tzw. running day lub bus rally, które przeważnie odbywają się w weekendy w okresie wiosenno-letnim. Z tej okazji spotykają się właściciele zabytkowych autobusów których w UK jest naprawdę sporo i przez cały dzień obsługują historyczne trasy w danym mieście i okolicach taborem sprzed lat. Sprawę ułatwia fakt, że posiadacze prawa jazdy wydanego przed 1997 rokiem mogą bez problemu prowadzić pojazd ważący do 8 ton, więc kierowanie autobusem nie sprawia problemów natury prawnej nawet tym którzy nie posiadają prawa jazdy na autobus. Przejazdy autobusami są otwarte dla publiczności i są darmowe, jednak programy zawierające dokładne rozkłady jazdy są rozprowadzane za drobną opłatą która pomaga pokryć koszt organizacji imprezy. Przepraszam jeżeli namieszałem coś przy tworzeniu tego pojazdu w bazie, ale zwyczajnie nie robiłem tego wcześniej.

Most of the bus routes in Slough and many different UK towns seem to run every 30 minutes, or 15 on common sections if two routes go to the same terminus.

29 june 2013 - Slough, Farnham RoadWright Cadet on its second to last journey as a 74 from Slough to High Wycombe. Route 74 finish quite late (at 9pm) when compared to other routes in Slough with some of them finishing as early as 6pm on a Saturday.

9 october 2013 - Cippenham, St. Andrews Way One of 10 recently bought hybrid Volvos to be used on 7series routes linking Heathrow with Slough and Windsor, just before reaching the final stop. Next year, Slough will recieve further 5 of them. These buses displaced 10 older Citaros to be used in Bracknell, instead of their old Wright Flolines.
