Mercedes-Benz Citaro G z 2006 należący do EMT Palma de Mallorca sfotografowany w miejscowości El Arenal, będącą jedną z najbardziej imprezowych części Majorki. Wyżej wymienioną miejscowość do godzin wczesnonocnych łączy z stolicą Majroki linia 23, kursująca przez większość część dnia z częstotliwością 15 minut. Z lewej części kadru pasmo górskie Serra de Tramuntana znajdujące się na północno-zachodniej części wyspy.

Jedną z większych ciekawostek komunikacyjnych na Majorce jest fakt, że zarówno w autobusach Adp jak i TIB w sytuacji w której w autobusie znajduje się komplet pasażerów, na wyświetlaczach zewnętrznych (w miejscu kierunku) wyświetlany jest napis "BUS complet". Jest to informacja dla pasażerów, że niestety musza czekać na następny autobus.

30 june 2023 - Palma de Mallorca, Son Sardina.Skład niby-metra zestawiony z jednostek 71-05+71-11 z pomocą estakady pokonuje linię do Soller, po której kilka razy dziennie kursuje zabytkowy pociąg do Soller.
Od ostatnich zdjęć na galerii z Palmy sporo się zmieniło. Linia M1 nie pełni już marginalnej roli w systemie transportu szynowego wyspy.
W tle Serra de Tramuntana – pasmo górskie o długości 90 km.

Estació Intermodal de Palma
5 may 2022 - Palma de Mallorca, Estació Intermodal de Palma. Coś czego w Polsce jeszcze pewnie przez lata nie zobaczymy. Węzeł intermodalny w stolicy wyspy skupia w sobie wszystkie główne środki transportu - autobusy, metro i kolej. Wszystko na jednym poziomie, w jednej taryfie, pod jednym organizatorem, do tego takt i częstotliwości kursowania.Tym zdjęciem kończę serię z Majorki. Ogólnie wywarła ona na mnie niesamowite wrażenie. Zarówno pod względem turystycznym jak i pod względem transportu. Jest tu ogromny, niewykorzystany potencjał zdjęciowy. Osobiście bardzo chętnie bym tu wrócił, i polecam każdemu wyjazd w te rejony.

Bilety kupuje się przy użyciu karty bankomatowej w terminalu przy kabinie kierowcy. W zależności od liczby pasażerów jadących z nami (im więcej tym taniej, max 5 osób) kartę należy odbić taką ilość razy. Czynność należy powtórzyć przy wysiadaniu w terminalach przy drzwiach, którymi wysiadamy - również tyle samo razy ile razy odbijaliśmy kartę przy wsiadaniu. Jeśli nie odbijemy "każdego pasażera" naliczana jest opłata dodatkowa w wysokości 0,50€ za osobę. Bilety można nabyć też za gotówkę u kierowcy, ale ich cena jest dwa razy wyższa.

W tle widoczne dawne tereny kolejowe wraz z budynkami stacji (po lewej stronie kadru). Nowy dworzec działający od 2007 roku został przerzucony całkowicie pod ziemię, a w miejscu szyn na powierzchni powstały tereny rekreacyjne. Jeśli chodzi o kolej w poziomie 0, to została ona jedynie w formie zabytkowej linii Ferrocarril de Sóller ulokowanej po północnej stronie nowego kompleksu.

Dla przykładu bilet na przejazd autobusem na trasie Cales de Mallorca - Manacor (17km) i pociągiem na trasie Manacor - Palma (64 km) w przypadku podróży trzech osób wynosi około 30 zł na osobę. Taryfa biletowa zakłada niższą stawkę w przypadku większej grupy osób (do max 5) i jest ona uzależniona od liczby pokonywanych stref.

Mają postać paragonu z kodem kreskowym, który po zeskanowaniu i otwiera bramki. Postanowiłem więc, aby zaznać przejażdżki obydwoma środkami transportu, pojechać najpierw linią T1 (zastępującą w weekendy M2) do stacji Son Costa-Son Fortesa i stamtąd kontynuować metrem M1 do uniwersytetu. Szkopuł w tym, że pociągi obu linii nie jadą tym samym torem, a na stacji przesiadkowej bramka nie chciała mnie wypuścić, bo nie dotarłem jeszcze do celu (biada tym, którzy nagle rezygnują z podróży). Nie pozostało nic innego, jak wrócić do centrum i grzecznie pojechać całą trasę M1. Zastanawiałem się, czy to znaczy, że pociągiem jechałem "na waleta".

A rzecz jest o tyle ciekawa, że o ile linia M1 do uniwersytetu (jeśli chodzi o weekendy, to tylko w sobotę do 14:00) żyje swoim życiem, o tyle linia M2 (obsługiwana wagonami serii 81) jedzie wzdłuż linii kolejowej, przy czym pociągi na tym odcinku się nie zatrzymują. Jednak w weekendy M2 nie kursuje i wówczas na wszystkich stacjach zatrzymują się pociągi T1, T2 i T3. Trudno więc tu stwierdzić, co jest metrem a co koleją.

7 june 2014 - Son Sardina, linia M1Kilka lat temu Majorkanie zbudowali sobie metro na trasie z Palmy do uniwersytetu. Kursuje tędy linia M1, a najbardziej zadziwiło mnie, że z wyjątkiem stacji Son Sardina (gdzie można przesiąść się na autobusy TIB i kultowy pociąg do Sóller), trasa w całości przebiega tunelem.
Potem uruchomiono linię M2. Kursuje ona wzdłuż linii kolejowej, zatrzymując się na wszystkich stacjach do Marratxí. W dni wolne linia M2 nie kursuje (a M1 tylko do 14:00). Wówczas zastępują ją pociągi T2 i T3, które normalnie nie zatrzymują się na tych stacjach.
