Other Information | North Western Road Car Company was a bus operator based in Liverpool, England. The company operated between 1986 and 1998. It was born out of the divide of Ribble Motor Services. It`s Merseyside, Aintree, Bootle, Greater Manchester, Wigan and West Lancashire operations became North Western Road Car. In 1988 the company was sold to the Drawlane Group, which from 1992-1996 was known as British Bus. In 1996 British Bus was taken over by the Cowie Group which in 1998 was renamed Arriva. The company became Arriva North West. |
