6 march 2010 - Moscow, Lobachevsky-street, GolAZ-AKA-6226 #08555. In the end of 90's bus plant in Golytsyno - then - a joint venture with Dailmler-Benz - attempted to produce Mercedeses-O405. AKA-5255 and AKA-6226 appeared at the wrong time: too few cities were able to buy new buses and german units made "Rossiyane's" too expensive. That's why GolAZ made less than 180 AKA's and stopped their production in 2002. Some people say, that several such "clones" still are not sold and stay at the factory...

9 may 2010 - Moscow, Rublevskoye highway. GolAZ-AKA-6226 #08555. from this point of view it is not similar to O405G, but in fact it is a licensed copy of it.
