17 october 2009 - Coventry (UK) – Museum of Road Transport. This museum in central Coventry is definitely worth a visit for any petrol-head (and it’s free). It has examples of nearly every type of car, bus and truck ever built in the region, including this Maudslay Marathon, a petrol-engined luxury coach of the 1950s. A bit different to the Bova I showed just a moment ago! The ‘half-cab’ design is typical of the period. I don’t expect you will ever see another bus of this make on TWB………
