Because The Municipality of Bursa demanded the exhaust pipes on the roof in the bid.All the Ikarus buses in Bursa have their exhaust pipes on the roof.And also 1985 model Ikarus 280s of Ankara had their exhaust pipes on the roof.But I don't know why they made a demand like this.
