19 may 2008 - Szentendre, BKV Public Transport Museum. Only 2 Ikarus 260 type trolleybus were built in Hungary, this was the first one in the middle '70s. The body was originally made for a "Volán" company (that's why it is not red, than the other trolleys in Budapest), BKV bought it and equipped it with a ZIU-5 main electric. Although, this was a quite good trolleybus in that days, Budapest bought ZIU-9s, because the russian vehicles were much more cheaper.

In DDR was Ikarus 260T also but now I don't know where it is

As far as I know, the DDR version returned to Hungary in the '90s but it was scrapped around 2000... :(
