What is this thing on the roof? CNG or air condition? It looks a little bir strange!?

LE means -> Low floor between door 1 and 2, after door 2, there are 2 steps and afterwards "highfloor" - so the roof had to be higher there than in the first part.

OMG, I thought, that this solution for LE buses is no longer in use. But now, I know why these Citaros from Karlskrona look so funny
