22 december 2003 - Radom, pętla os. Prędocinek. Okropnie wyglądał, ale jakoś jeździł i zarabiał pieniądze.
W sąsiedztwie numeru nadwozia tego Ikarusa było sporo Ikarusów należących do PKS Warszawa, może ten też był stamtąd.
