6 january 2017 - Lublin, ul. Lubartowska. Zima dokładnie 4 lata temu. W tle kamienice, które domagają się remontu lub chociaż odświeżenia. Sama nawierzchnia ulicy też nie jest w najlepszym stanie. Poprawę stanu okolicy blokuje niezrealizowana od lat inwestycja w miejscu dawnych arkad. Miasto nie może wywalczyć od niedoszłego inwestora jej realizacji.
